Try it yourself - type in search like a person is seeking for YOUR kind of business, followed by your city name. Is your company there? Are your competitors listed right up front on the handy map? Wouldn't YOU like to be listed there, or at least on the first page of the search results so you get more calls?
Well you can, and must. It's not a matter of preference anymore.If you are not found on the internet, you are throwing away money. Period.
You need a little more than just a glorified brochure online - though that is better than nothing. You need something that helps you to connect and build relationships with visitors and customers.
